FAQ
1. How do I make a purchase?
  • Create an account with gameshop.com.my. You may register here.
  • Log in to your account and add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
  • Once you're done, go to your shopping cart and click on the "Checkout" button.
  • Ensure all the information; especially your delivery address, telephone number, and email address are correct. Click on the "Submit Order" button.
  • An automated reply will be sent to your e-mail address. You may wish to keep it for future reference.
  • Do note that Hotmail and Yahoo mail blocks automated replies. You can now proceed to make payment for your order.
  • We will call you to confirm stock availability and check on the order details before processing. 

2. How do I make payment?
  • Once your order’s confirmed, you will receive an email notification directing you to our payment gateway.
  • You may choose to pay using credit cards, online funds transfer, MEPS Cash, Web Cash, Mobile Money or Pospay. The full list of payment methods is available at the payment gateway.
  • Cash on delivery are available for selected areas within the Klang Valley. Please feel free to check with us.

3. How do I track the delivery of my purchase?
  • Our parcels are sent via one of these couriers: Citylink / Secure Express
  • Your parcel’s tracking number will be provided once the shipment is sent out.

4. What is the difference between a product on pre-order or back order?
  • Pre-Order: A pre-order is a game or other product which has not yet been made available by the distributor. You can place an advance order and we will contact you when it becomes available. Just send us an email or give us a call at 03-7728 4764 and we’ll get back to you.
  • Back Order: Back orders are products which are not currently available or out of stock. We will attempt to find and ship back orders to you as they become available. Back orders can take several weeks to fill, depending on the demand for the product. You may need to put down a deposit before we bring in the product.

5. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

You may click here to recover your lost account information. Please enter your valid e-mail address (the one you used for registration), your account information will be mailed to you shortly.
