The standard processing / fulfillment lead time is on a case by case basis, depending on the item(s) availability. After an order has been received, our customer service representatives will call you personally to confirm your order, as well as inform you of the date and time of delivery. If the item is ordered based on a pre-order basis, it will only be delivered after it has been released.

We ship to all states in Malaysia. Depending on stock availability, most orders are either shipped either via our point of presence in Malaysia (2 - 3 working days) or Singapore (5 - 7 working days).

We will provide you with the tracking number via email once we send out the goods so that you can track the package while it is in transit.



Shipping Charges

East Malaysia:
RM10 for total software purchased below RM100.00
FREE for total purchase above RM100.00

West Malaysia:
RM5 for total software purchased below RM100.00
FREE for total purchase above RM100.00


Please note that a different shipping charge may be levied for hardware and accessories depending on the weight of the item. You can e-mail us to obtain a shipping quote for such items prior to checking out your order.



Return Policy

Please make sure your computer/console meets the minimum requirements to install and run the software before you make your purchase. For optimal performance, the computer/console should meet the recommended requirements. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item if your computer/console does not meet the minimum requirements to run the software.

We offer a return policy for defective goods. If the items that you purchase are defective, just contact us and we will do an exchange with the manufacturer/distributor for you.

Procedure:
  1. Email us at order@gameshop.com.my with the description of the faults in the defective items.
  2. Our customer service staff will contact you to find out more about the problem.
  3. This return policy applies ONLY to defective products such as discs that cannot be read in an unmodified console. We will not exchange any product if you bought them by mistake.
  4. During the return, all returned products must be in their original packaging and all manuals, accessories, etc must be returned.
  5. For all types of claims, please produce our invoices together with your product. For assistance with warranty matters, please contact us and our customer service staff will utilize their best effort to help you.
